East or West ½ Ballroom seats 125, rental fee $150
Ballroom seats 250, rental fee $250
Pub seats 75, rental fee $150
(Pub rental is based on availability)
All room rentals include water service.
Cake Cutting Fee
Wedding Cake - cut and served; plates and forks provided $75
(This fee will be waived if the wedding cake is prepared by Broadlands Golf Club)
Bartender Fees
$50 per bartender
One bartender is required per 75 guests.
Equipment Rental Fees
Wooden Church $10 per event
(Church is used on gift table to collect greeting cards)
Mirrors for tables $2.50 each
Tea lights with holders $1.00 each
